Once the garlic becomes aromatic, sprinkle in the remaining 2

once all the ingredients are mixed together, get in there with your hand, continue to mix until you form a dough, then knead inside
of the bowl for a couple
of minutes and form the dough into a ball

Once you've removed the dough from the fridge, place a large piece
of parchment paper on the counter and sprinkle with a 1/2
tablespoon of oat
flour.
