of sour
milk, add 1
tablespoon of lemon juice to a one cup measurement and then top it up with regular
milk, let it sit for approximately 10 or 15 minutes, it doesn't really separate, it gets a little lumpy, then use as per directions in the recipe.
Since they can vary slightly in thickness / moisture, you may need a
tablespoon of non-dairy
milk to adjust the overall thickness
of the batter depending on which you choose.

since I didn't have whole - wheat flour I just used white flour, I used Turkish strained yogurt which wasn't liquid enough so I had to add some extra

A particularly abundant
milk supply is not required in order to donate breastmilk
since just a few
tablespoons of milk can feed a baby for a whole day.

of unsweetened almond
milk and 1
tablespoon of flour
since I over did the
milk (being a typical man I avoid measuring instruments often ending badly)
