I know you guys said any added oils aren't necessary, but for the spiced version I found that adding a few
tablespoons of coconut
oil not only brought it
back to its beautifully smooth and creamy consistency but also added a wonderful flavor.
The spinach: Wash and rinse a big pile

back out, dropped some already - roasted garlic cloves on top with about a
tablespoon of olive
oil, and didn't sweat it.
If you want to get the creaminess
back, add it a couple
tablespoons of oil.
You could cut
back on the calories a bit by limiting the amount
of oil or vegan butter use to cook them - the nutrition info assumes abotu 2
tablespoons for that.

of about 1
tablespoon of oil).

Place approximately one
tablespoon of bait (tuna, sardines, or other strong smelling food — usually the ones in
oil work best) at the very
