I totally agree... I have given up almost everything quite happily and completely... grains, dairy, gluten, non-free range meat and eggs, non-
organic veggies, most fruits... but three times a week I indulge in a single
tablespoon of
organic peanut butter.
My favorite breakfast is a banana topped with a
tablespoon of
peanut butter (
organic, no added oils and mixed with raw honey) and two soft boiled eggs.I make sure to drink a glass of water before to balance my hormones and I also take a good multi with this breakfast (vitamin code) to benefit from the fat soluble vitamins.
