Overall, the two
tablets run much better now than they did a couple of months back and this is mainly thanks to the aforementioned update.

The heftier
tablet's advantage over rivals, of course, is that it
runs a full Windows 8.1, so you can download pretty
much any programs onto it that you want, just as you'd do with a PC.

I definitely like Android 4.0 on a

much about BlackBerry 10 other than it'll be based on the same OS

I've been wrestling with this decision myself, and decided to get an 8 ″ Windows 8

run the Kobo app, now that Win 8

tablet, and own a Windows PC, then pretty
much everything you use on your desktop will
run on the
tablet.
The
tablet runs on a version of Google Android customized by Amazon, so
much that it looks nothing like it — a shelf motif is used throughout the interface to display the content at the bottom of the screen, while in the middle, you can browse through music, movies, apps, and magazines in a carousel.
Sure you can compare them because they have some similarities but
tablets are
much more portable, weighs a lot less than laptops, double the battery life and
runs thousands of applications specifically made for the
tablet platform.

running Android and about 40 % are 2 - in - 1's which we assume will be
running Windows 8.1 then that doesn't leave
much space for pure Windows 8.1
tablets.
After the first boot is complete you will see that your
tablet will
run faster and each reboot will be done
much faster than the first one.
Much of a
tablet's appeal rests in the apps you can
run on it — not just just how many are available, but how good they are and how attractive they look on the device.
After
much teasing, Acer has finally gone official with their Iconia W3 Windows 8
tablet, also the world's first 8 - inch
tablet running Microsoft's OS.
And this
runs android so
much for the bug free
tablet you were looking for huh.
Compared to iOS 4.3, which is
running on the iPad 2, Android 3.0 is
much more streamlined for
tablets.
It will work on 10 ″
tablets too and pretty
much any Android device
running Android 2.1 and higher.
And the pricing for this
tablet makes you wonder, just how
much is Microsoft going to charge for the Pro version,
running full Windows 8 and sporting an Atom processor?

tablets is an improved version of Multi-Window — it is possible to divide your screen into four parts and have a separate app
running in each, which means you get multitasking that can't be found on any other
tablet (though as always, how
much you use it and how often is totally up to you.)
