I've decided few things are better than piping hot perfectly seasoned
taco meat on top of crisp butter lettuce with a squeeze of fresh cool lime juice.

Assemble
tacos by spreading sriracha mayo
on each tortilla and
topping with
meat and slaw.
The base is hearty raw vegan corn chips, layered
on top is raw vegan
taco meat, upon that is a raw vegan zucchini nacho cheese, and lastly salsa fresca.

Just portion out the rice into 4 - 6 containers (this will all depend
on the amount of rice you want in your meal obviously) and add the the
taco meat topping to each.
Take roasted cauliflower, which I already love
on its own, and
top it with
taco meat, cheese, and all of your other favorite nacho
toppings.
Assemble the nachos:
On a large platter, arrange half of the tortilla chips in a single layer,
top with 3/4 of the
taco «
meat,» the kale, half the scallions, and half the pumpkin cashew cream.
Eat the thighs as is with the salsa, shred the
meat and make
tacos, or make crostini out of the
meat with the salsa
on top.
Most places have to double up
on their corn tortillas for a
taco because the connective tissue can't handle the weight of the
meat and
toppings as well as their flour counterparts.
Breakfast
Tacos — scramble eggs, add lean
meat like turkey sausage, sprinkle a little organic shredded cheese
on top and serve in a warm corn tortilla (make sure the only ingredient in your tortilla is corn, available at Whole Foods).
The turkey is sautéed with
taco meat flavors and put
on top of a «kitchen sink» salad, big enough for the entrée.
