recipe is based off the Post Punk Kitchen's Curry Tofu
Tacos with Pintos and Kale Slaw.
An added bonus of this
recipe is that
with the veggies in the
taco fixings and a topping of shredded cabbage you are set for a healthy and delicious dinner.
I made the
recipe as noted below, however
with this
recipe there is flexibility to add some of your favorite
taco toppings, such as black olives, green onions, cilantro or add black beans
with the beef.

One question: The
recipe mentions that you make your
taco seasoning and am wondering if you would post it (couldn't do anything
with «url: 1 ″ that printed on the
recipe).
I forget where I got the
recipe from, but its basically break up the tempeh into small pieces and fry it
with some onion, garlic, and
taco seasoning.
