Well, if people want to make
taco soup then they can do that or leave the cans un-drained.

I grew up with my Mom making roasted chickens at least once a week and
then doing creative things with the leftovers, like
soups, chicken enchiladas or
tacos.

then shred it up for
tacos, salads, quesadillas, stuffed sweet potatoes, etc... For sure try one of my
soups.
But
then I saw the list and there were quite a few
taco soups and tortilla
soups.
Variations The original recipe called for minestrone
soup to be added to the mince mix which sounds yum but we didn't have any, so the first time I made them I just added some onion (fry that off first
then add mince), chucked in some frozen veggies and added a sprinkle of
taco seasoning.
Hit cook,
then 20 minutes later... perfectly cooked quinoa ready to throw into
soups, salads, &
tacos!
Did I mention that this
taco soup recipe was super simple??? That you just dump the ingredients into a Crock Pot, turn it on and
then take credit for your house smelling amazing and your family being totally stoked about dinner??
