I get your point mate. But in truth Ramsey is the CM and Xhaka is the DM according to our formation anf tactic. It's even debatable if Xhaka is capable of
playing DM.I
think Ramsey's
tactical awareness is poor but he has every right to take risks and move into the opposition box. He's a box to box player. The only problem is Ramsey overdoes it.If we had a proper CDM the team would be more balanced. Now it's like we have two CM's
playing in midfield and due to their poor
tactical awareness we're always left exposed.I conclude by reminding people that Wilshere is better footballer and is more intelligent than Xhaka. It'll be better
playing Wilshere and pairing him with a CDM than having Xhaka
play there.He just gets to
play over him becausr we signed him for # 35.
Let's not get carried away and
think Wenger has learned his lessons he has not overnight become a

play had he been available he would definitely
played and then would have same defensive problems as before with midfield over run and ozil not tracking back to help so probably would have been beaten!!

We're going to waste time and money on a CB when we should be looking for a top class DM.If Wenger
think signing another CB is solving our problems then he's lying to himself.Mark my words any other CB we sign no matter how good will still come and add to a shaky defense. The problem with our defenfing is more of
tactical and mental.
Tactical because we
play without a DM, we mark and track players poorly, the fullbacks are usually isolated leaving them to cope alone, our passing is not good enough leaving us exposed to counters which we aren't prepared for and no leadership and maintenance of defensive shape.

I don't
think his job is to initiate attack, he's main job is to win the ball back and
play a simple pass to our more offensive players, and he is not bad in possession as d stat and u re suggest, and I don't see any
tactical reason behind carzola being backward order than ramsey being injured, nobody initiate our attack better than ramsey and dats d work of a box to box midfielder and not the defensive midfielder.
I
think that wenger is just waiting for walcott to be fit... The main
tactical problem is that the wilshere's forced starting place in the middle is screwing EVERYTHING: Mesut has to
play on the left in order to make space for wilshere, ramsey doesen't perform as alway's and we
play slowly.
You know there are other formations that do nt neccesarily require a CDM, with the midfielders we have i
think we have the luxury of contemplating different
tactical approaches, Wishere has shown the an ability of
playing a deeper role not neccesarily DM, more on the lines of a deep lying playmaker, so the reason we shouldn't experiment and see weather it could actually work is because seancali doesn't believe it would work...
Kinda makes sense though, the only reason people are asking for another CDM is because we all fear the possibility of injury to coquelin and know flamini is usless, beilick is inexperienced so it begs the question what happens if an injury where to occur, but wîth how many midfielders we have in the squad i
think it could allow us to change a
tactical approach and potentially experiment with people like Ramsey and Wishere potentially
playing a deeper role??? But the striker is a must as i mentioned earlier Giroud went 8 games without scoring a goal and none of the other strikers stepped up to the plate, we cant have a drought of goals when your the quest for titles...
I won't be fooled into
thinking we have a better squad than Chelsea so first thing I'd analyze are the
tactical limitations of the formations Chelsea
play which are typically the 4 2 3 1 and the 4 3 3 especially with the injuries we have in mind.
Ramsey has had one good season for us since his horrible injury, he needlessly gives the ball away much too often and his finishing is even worse than Giroud's... once again we have fallen in love with the idea of what could have been... Ramsey has only scored 2 meaningful goals in his entire Arsenal tenure: one in Turkey and the other in last year's FA Cup, which is not near enough to make him a centerpiece of this offence... likewise simply his presence on the team sheet has led Wenger into making horrible
tactical blunders because he will force Ramsey into the lineup even when it doesn't make sense... just
think of all those games when Ramsey was
played out wide on the right, which forced the RB to come up into the
play far more often, and deeper, because Ramsey invariably would find himself in a more central position leaving us far more vulnerable to the counterattack..

tactical errors like leaving Cazorla, Oxlade - Chamberlain and Xhaka on the bench yesterday, or

With Arsenal sitting in a lowly 8th position in the Premier League table and with us
playing catch up to Borussia Dortmund in our Champions League group and having been knocked out of the Capital One Cup by Southampton, you might

tactical shooters where I can flex my mind a little and attempt to out
