Used millet and spelt wholegrain flour, a
tad more since I left out the sugar completely, but poured in 80 ml of
maple syrup.
However, it can be a
tad bit biter so if you feel like it needs to be balanced
more I would just add some
maple, honey or stevia to your liking.
I did note in the recipe that you can add some
more maple syrup (up to 1/2 cup) if you want them to be a
tad sweeter.
