From tadasana, place your hands on your hips.
Standing — Stand
in tadasana (mountain pose) with your arms by your side and palms facing forward.
Stand in
tadasana (mountain pose) with the feet together and the big toes touching.
Hold this pose for 1 minute, inhaling and exhaling deeply as you do so, before returning to
tadasana and repeating on the other side.
To release, bring your hands on your hips, swing the torso up, join the feet and come in
tadasana.
To begin with the intense side stretch pose, you should stand in
the tadasana or Mountain pose of yoga and post exhaling lightly jump and place your feet between 3 - 5 feet apart.
