tahini, it's great eaten plain on a spoon — my wife loves that, and I sometimes indulge, but we also make a nice
salad dressing from it —
tahini, lime or lemon juice, a dash of soy or tamari, and some toasted sesame oil, and water to desired consistency.
I have a great recipe
for a Kale Detox
salad AND a recipe

Tahini dressing all wrapped up into one pretty little post.
Mix together 2 tablespoons
tahini, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon water, pinch of sea salt, 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger and 1 teaspoon ground or fresh turmeric
for a
salad dressing.
Last November, after uneventfully eating hummus (with sesame paste, aka
tahini)
for several months, he had a strange hivey reaction to a
tahini - based
salad dressing.
For the
salad, take a handful of each of the ingredients and toss in a bowl with a drizzle of

I've never served the two together so when I was tossing around ideas
for a fall
salad, I decided they would probably go pretty well together, especially with a nutty
tahini dressing.
Kale

tahini dressing and use it to quickly
dress a
salad or as a sauce

tahini - based one, plus some types of hummus will have added fat), I can hear the righteous voices telling me that we need healthy fats in our diets to process all of the vitamins, carotenoids, etc. in the raw
salad vegetables.
Skip the honey in this
salad's
dressing for a perfectly Whole 30 - compliant meal (
tahini is totally allowed though!).
And then start experimenting with creamy
tahini or miso paste and fresh herbs
