Amongst my plate: tostones [Cuban fried plantains with black beans + sour cream], tofu nut balls + tofu
tahini dressing, vegetable potato latkes, lemon + herb shrimp, fava bean spread, caprese toasts, dolmas, puff pastry and filo dough - wrapped asparagus, and a piece of corn
on the cob [for the sake of summer].
I love making
tahini dressings, spreading it
on toast, and baking with it.
I always have a jar of
tahini on hand and use it in hummus,
dressings, and
on toast!
As for leftover
tahini, it's great eaten plain
on a spoon — my wife loves that, and I sometimes indulge, but we also make a nice salad
dressing from it —
tahini, lime or lemon juice, a dash of soy or tamari, and some toasted sesame oil, and water to desired consistency.

Don't be scared by how much
tahini dressing / sauce this makes, it goes fast — because it goes well
on everything (steamed broccoli, roasted potatoes, veggie burgers, shredded veggie slaw, burritos, etc.).
This good for you sweet and spicy roasted vegetable and tofu hippie bowl is filled with so many favorite things - sauteed greens, spiced sunflower seeds, caramelized carrots, and crispy tofu all served
on a bed of millet and then topped with a
tahini citrus miso
dressing.
My ultimate go - to is a quinoa bowl with a ginger - sesame
dressing — I just lightly sauté whatever veggies I have
on hand, brown some tofu or tempeh or throw in some beans, and toss with a bunch of quinoa and my favourite
dressing (roughly equal parts maple syrup, soy sauce, and lime juice to two parts
tahini, some grated ginger and garlic, and cayenne to taste).

on what's in the fridge, but there's always kale, probiotic kraut and some type of creamy
tahini dressing along with a vegan protein source like beans, tempeh, legumes, etc..

Inspired by a recipe from Yotam Ottolenghi, this is possibly my favorite way to enjoy roasted sweet potatoes: a turn in the oven, along with some red onions, then layered
on massaged kale (all three from the backyard garden), drizzled with an addictive
tahini dressing and topped with herbs, za'atar and crunchy pepitas.
Stir in the lemon -
tahini dressing, the cooked lentils, and simmer
on low for another few minutes.
