These wonderful winter veggie
bowls are filled with sweet roasted winter veggies, served
over quinoa, and topped with an addicting creamy maple
tahini...
Divide the amaranth porridge between two serving
bowls and drizzle the
tahini and remaining honey
over the top (adding more honey if you like your porridge sweet).
In all honesty I wanted to share some roasted rainbow carrots +

Heat
tahini, chocolate, honey, salt, cinnamon, and orange zest in a medium heatproof
bowl set
over a medium saucepan of barely simmering water (bottom of
bowl should not touch water), stirring occasionally, or microwave in short bursts, stirring in between bursts, until melted and smooth.
This herb sauce blends
tahini, parsley, cilantro, and aromatics for a creamy and spicy sauce that's great on grilled lamb, grain
bowls, or even just slathered
over plain pita.
Simple baked falafel are crumbled
over a bed of vegetables, avocado, olives and greens, and served with a sundried tomato
tahini dressing for a hearty lunch
bowl.
To make the chocolate
tahini sauce, bring a pan of water to the boil, then place the chocolate into a glass
bowl and sit it
over the boiling pan.
Generously drizzle
tahini sauce
over the entire
bowl.
