When served with some quick yoghurt flatbreads and piled high with pickled onions, tomatoes and
tahini yoghurt sauce — it becomes a feast

If
tahini is not something you like or can eat, another match made in heaven is almond dukkah and unsweetened coconut
yoghurt.
Try hummus,
tahini or tzatziki (
yoghurt - cucumber dip).
Serve warm or cold, and add a topping or two if you like (e.g.
yoghurt, coconut cream,
tahini, nuts, etc).
This
yoghurt tahini sauce recipe is so versatile and can be used as a dressing or a dip.
Some high protein ingredients you can put in include — nut butters,
tahini, beans (kidney beans, butter beans, chickpeas, broadbeans, etc), cottage cheese, greek
yoghurt, chia seeds.
Serve with a crunchy raw salad, and drizzle over some sesame oil,
tahini and / or natural or coconut
yoghurt if you like.
