Bake at 350 at 60 minutes (sometimes it
take a little longer and if it's not browning
on top you can
broil it but keep a close eye since it will burn quick).
I
took your suggestion and
broiled it for a few extra minutes, and it perfectly browned the cheese
on top!
Anonymous - if using skinless breasts, I would do a few things: 1) Cut them in half horizontally, to make thinner filets, and maybe pound them a little to even them out into cutlets 2) Rub the chicken
on both sides with a little olive oil before adding the garlic salt and smoked paprika 3)
Broil (but it will
take less time) The key there is not letting the white meat dry out under the broiler (hence the oil).
Take them out, baste again with the marinade or the chicken juices collected in the pan and
broil them
on 450 deg.F for just 2 - 3 minutes.
Broil poblano pepper until skin is blistered
on all sides (this
took 20 minutes in my toaster oven, but might
take less time in a regular oven); alternatively grill the poblano pepper.

broil the whole tomatoes under the over broiler or over an open flame or grill until charred
on all sides - mine
took about 8 minutes.
The broccoli rabe came out okay but it
takes WAY more than 2 minutes of
broil on each side (5 + min per side).
It will start to
take on the consistency of melted marshmallows... when it is thick enough, spread over the sweet potatoes and put in the oven and
broil for a minute or two to brown.
