I take supps to support my adrenals, a probiotic, fish oil, DHEA, and B vitamins, but the doses have changed over the last year as my health has improved.
Don't these references show why NOT to
take these supps — proliferation of cancerous cells at certain levels, effect in patients with thyroid cancer (how does that relate to healthy people?)

supps because it's offers so many health benefits (other than increasing muscle growth).

taking thyroid meds, and / or the person makes a significant portion of T3 in the thyroid, they may be severely aggravated by Se

(I know whey is a good GSH precurusor, but can not
take it because of dairy allergy) I've been recommended to add extra glutathion

take a ton of
supps including he ones you mention.
I also
take lef 200 mcg selenium every other day (plus a few other phd recommended
supps).
I drink 2 Tbs of apple cider vinegar EOD, I
take mag / ca / K3 / vit D sup, and now a krill oil
supp and MC95 cucurmin sup almost every day, I miss here and there.
One thing to
take under consideration though, if Streep has a role that is borderline
supp - lead she mostly campaigns lead unless she has another part that is a clearly lead.
