take a toll on our bodies.

gratitude It's important to
take time to acknowledge your achievements and be thankful for where you are in life whether it be getting a new job or promotion, coming up
with a great idea or even enjoying a good cup of coffee.
The underlying goal in all of this is simplicity in order to

I recently got them all back out and was overwhelmed
with gratitude over the walk we have
taken with the Lord, each other, friends and family, and now this sweet babe.
I can still hear Anna Deavere Smith as the director of a South African orphanage filled
with children
with AIDS expressing
gratitude to a dying girl for the privilege of
taking care of her in «Let Me Down Easy.»
For me, and I suspect for many others, this activity acts as a deep self - healing process,
taking on and working
with the reverential driving all those human expressions of love, joy, awe, respect, passion, compassion, honouring, devotion, wonder,
gratitude, thankfulness, celebration, courage, commitment — the full range of positive emotions.
Teachers» days are so busy and it is important to
take just a moment to show «
gratitude to those we work
with.
