Since some might wonder, I'll point out that I'm not technically a professional journalist myself — I'm a professor who dabbles at
blogging — but I
take my independence seriously, and I assure you that the first
time anyone in management at Rogers Media (owner of Canadian Business) tries to tell me what to write in this space, that will be the very last day I write for them.
Blogging takes time to grow, thus you need patience and persistence.
But man,
blogging is tough, tough, tough work that
takes a LOOOOOONG
time to get going.
As for the standard of interpersonal relationship you suggest, I would offer in reply the idea that if one is incapable of making one's meaning reasonably plain without
taking the steps you recommend then perhaps one should either spend a good deal more
time reflecting prior to committing one's words to print or, failing that, consider a full withdrawal from the grind of
blogging.
I've been watching Christopher Benson
take up on behalf of BioLogos this last period of
time — I guess it's over a couple of weeks now, but
blogging distorts
time.
So for this series (which is going to
take a LONG
time) on
blogging through Seminary, I am going to use the traditional categories, but with simplified words.
I'm
taking some
time off from
blogging to finish my book.
I'm

time, be sure to
take on additional projects besides your manuscript — freelance work,
blogging, volunteering, etc..

taking the rest of the year off from

time with my family.

blogging, with the exception of a few announcements and guest posts here and there, so I can pray and yell and listen and reflect and maybe reconsider that cereal blog.
I started writing a blog in November, but it
took me quite a long
time to really
take that step, as I had always been wondering what other people might think of me
blogging about healthy, mostly plant - based food, as most people around me don't share this interest and think quite different than I do.
In particular, I'm looking forward to learning more about social media and the business end of
blogging... what I need to
take Books n» Cooks to the next level (besides more
time, that is!).
Taking the risk to follow your dreams is - never - a bad thing, and I can't imagine that
blogging full -
time won't work for you.
If
blogging full -
time doesn't work, that's okay with me, but at least I tried and
took the risk.
My friend Jenni of The Gingered Whisk — fellow Daring Baker, Sourdough Surpriser, and all around awesome lady — just recently had a baby girl, and back in the summer she asked me to write a guest post for her while she
takes some
time off from
blogging to settle into life as a momma of two.
Blogging is great, I love it, but it
takes a lot of
time and energy away from other areas of my life if I'm not careful.
Thanks E., it will most likely
take a bit until I can get some new posts live, but I'm really looking forward to having
time for
blogging again!
My blog
takes up so much of my
time and there are definitely parts of
blogging that I don't enjoy.
I've been
blogging for nearly 7 years and it's become more than I ever dreamed of but
taking a little
time away now and then is good for the mind, body and soul.
I remember when I first starting
blogging, which was not that long ago, I was all about it —
blogging every day, going crazy and
taking time out from other things to devote to the blog.

I have not been doing this
blogging gig for very long, but usually I will cook something and
take the pictures and then in about 3 days»
time I will have edited the pictures and written the post.
This keeps me motivated to continue

As you might imagine,
blogging takes up lots of
time.
Ugh — I find it hard enough getting back into
blogging if I
take the weekend off, let alone
time for a vacation;p I need to have posts ready to go or I slack... ah well.
It
took me several months to replace my laptop and camera, and by that
time, my previously mentioned
blogging rut had set in.
As a final year student, I've now entered that limbo period between receiving my results and graduating, so I've
taken some
time out to relax, enjoy not having to cram my brain full of French and formulae, and now return to
blogging.
However, during all of that craziness, there was no
time for actual
blogging: recipe creating, picture
taking, writing, etc. and all the
time I wanted to spend on creative endeavors was spent developing more grey hairs and increasing insomnia.
I always
take time getting into the
blogging swing after moving, it's quite stressful.
But I started a new job — full
time — and it
took me some
time now to get a routine in combining
blogging, full
time job and having -LSB-...]
I'm
taking a break from the Arsenal madness to give my brain a rest and put some
time towards tweaking the blog and working on some new football
blogging ideas.
The last two weeks seemed like two years, and this
time off some real football has given me some
time to
take a break from
blogging, and to catch up on my studies, and I have been able to do a fair bit of it.

Even though, I'm always busy, cleaning, making dinner, working on projects,

taking care of my two kiddos, I always make
time for my little family.

time to identify + track down solutions to make YOUR life easier.

blogging time since it was what afforded me the opportunity with Carnival Cruise Lines to
take my entire family on a cruise.
Blogging takes a lot of
time, but I enjoy it so much, that it doesn't feel like a sacrifice.
