I'm
taking maca powder to help balance my hormones.
When I started
taking maca powder, I tried taking raw maca type and after only few times that I took it I started feeling pain in the stomach area which always increased after I took raw maca powder.

powder and other super foods such as Barley grass, Alfalfa,
Maca, ground Hemp seed, Wheat grass, etc..
Once I've made these two things, I then
take out a big pot and put into it about 2 - 3 cups of tea, 1 - 2 cups of this cream and a litre or so of half - almond milk, half coconut milk, along with some sugar - free chocolate, cocoa (or cocoa and cacao butter), sweetener, spices (like chai spice), flavorings like vanilla or caramel, salt (I always add a little salt to most sweets, it balances the flavor)... basically anything you think will be good in a [quote] mocha [/ quote] type drink (I even put small amounts of

Packing in fresh greens with extra herbs, superfood

take one whatever the day brings.
Which herbs or supplements are the best choise to
take: I have been
taking green barley juice and spirulina up to now and I was thinking about adding
maca powder, reishi and maybe marine phytoplankton but I am not sure if it is worth just one month ahead.
