cereal... a first solid food for your baby... the kind that is generally called «rice
cereal» and comes in a box wrapped in cellophane at the grocery store.
Ok, now it's time to

about the research behind the timing of protein in a minute, but I wondered - what had people historically consumed in the morning when we didn't have the obesity and chronic health problems we have today, and how did we start eating things like
cereal, donuts, bagels and the like for breakfast?
However, there is something that puzzles me a lot, I have seen that you recommend to avoid also
cereals as part of that non-carb based nutrition, but if you have visited Spain you would have notice that we eat bread with almost anything and this not used to be a «fat» country, not to
talk about Italy where eat pasta as often as more than once a day and sometimes more than one «pasta» dish during the same meal.
But first, let's
talk about the different options for oatmeal or hot
cereal because a healthy bowl of oatmeal usually does not start in a packet.
I think when people, at first when you start

cereals, cookies, prepared snacks, breads, canned soups, commercial macaroni and cheese, many frozen foods, many dairy products, fast food chicken, burgers and fries, and a number of commercial and highly processed luncheon meats, hot dogs, and more.
