We know that taking the right carbs, protein, healthy fats and vitamins are vital, but we rarely
talk about minerals.
While calcium is the most
talked about mineral for supporting bone health, few people realize that our bones need many nutrients besides calcium — magnesium, selenium, vitamins A, D, and K, and protein, for starters.
Let us first
talk about minerals.

Now when a group of those «heirs» wants something they don't have, like rich oil fields, clean water, rich farm land, ocean views,
mineral deposits, timber or grazing lands for their animals, they go to their bibles, look up some scriptures that
talk about how God promised [THEM] everything and decide to take it, regardless of who they have to first demonize (helps the conscience) then kill to get it.
You've heard me
talk about the beneficial omega fats in nuts many times, but did you know that they're also high in fiber, protein, and
minerals?
On May 1, I'm diving into SUPERFOODS — and not just exotic potions and powders from faraway places — we're
talking about getting to know and love plant - based ingredients with extraordinary health benefits: Iron - rich nettles, Omega -3-packed purslane, anti-inflammatory turmeric,

It would be impossible to
talk about different ways to prevent calcium deficiency and leave out milk, which is one of the richest and easiest - to - obtain sources of this
mineral.
I grab a bar and head to the gym or pack them for a «snack» on my hike and end up eating them for breakfast and lunch — yes, I'm
talking about those health and protein bars that claim to have all the essential vitamins and
minerals you need for your day.
We've
talked about the negatives of anti-nutrients — compounds in many grains that prevent some nutrients /
minerals from being absorbed in your body, leading to possible deficiencies in some nutrients if you eat grains at most meals.
If you experience fatigue, constipation or leg cramps while eating low carb, you should
talk to your doctor
about adding these
minerals back in — possibly in supplement form.
Delivery is the key because so much of the mainstream dietary advice and marketing of supplements
talks about nutrition and breaks nutrition down to the body needing this specific vitamin or those Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's) or that key
mineral without really looking at the bio-availability, or the need to balance components.

Setting aside the vitamins,

mineral you'll hear dermatologists
talk about much, nor amateur acne gurus on the internet.
Chris goes on to

minerals and nutrients that you would find in the more natural, less processed salts, like sea salt etc..
