This is a fancy way of
talking about a credit report.
That's why when people
talk about credit reports they always talk about credit cards.

Early we

Often, when we

credit report, the focus veers toward the item (s) being deleted — usually in terms of how bad and how many.

This week I want to
talk about how to handle a Paid Collection on your
credit report and if it is worth the time to try and remove it?
People typically

report, but it's actually
reports.

So, I'll rhyme off the three and then we can
talk about them, number one a requirement to advertise the annual percentage rate, number two a requirement to
report all short - term loans to the
credit reporting agencies and number three a prohibition against introductory rates for payday lenders.
A lot of short - term lenders do not
report active payday loans to the
credit reporting agencies, I'm
talking about Equifax and TransUnion here.

After carefully reviewing your
credit report our staff will start to
talk about the problematic items with your creditor and inform them of the errors contained in the
report and try to persuade them to remove the questionable items.
While the three major
credit bureaus and their regulating authorities often
talk about the necessity to minimize errors, the simple fact is that the burden of ensuring your
credit report is accurate falls entirely on your shoulders.
In order to apply for your mortgage, you'll need to
talk honestly
about your
credit score (order your
credit report from Equifax or TransUnion), debt load, savings, income, and other private financial details.
From there, a real live person reviews the information, pulls your
credit report,

about your situation, uses knowledge and expertise to explore all avenues, issues, and different loan options (all good ideas).
Maybe one of your loan holders is
reporting inaccurate information
about your student loan to
credit bureaus, or you just want to sit down and
talk about your unique student loan situation with an expert and get some legal advice.

credit center has all the details
about your
credit report and score, and
talks about how you can improve your situation.
It also requires them to give consumers one free
credit report per year, which we will
talk about in greater detail below.
We

Now that you know who creates the
credit reports, let's
talk about where the information comes from.
Okay, so well, I think we've
talked quite a bit
about what the different aspects are to how rebuilding
credit and how it affects your
credit report.

Once in a while, someone thinks we're

And those things, and some other steps that we would
talk to the individual
about, would put you in a position where your
credit rating may actually in part recover, potentially substantially, even during the time that these things are on your
credit report.

talking about a listing that no longer appears on your
