After watching Question Time I really did n`t like Andy Burnham «s rudeness when
he talked over other candidates when they were answering questions.

My take was mostly Cardin and Steele
talking over each
other, with the 3rd party
candidate sort pushed off to the side.
So, not to take
over and take too much time here, Chris, but just to say to
candidates, you can find this information, either through the job description, through your recruiter, through networking and
talking to
other people within the organization, and through asking direct questions from the sales manager when you're in that first screening interview.
And indeed, interviewers often do
talk interviews
over with
others when they're working through their assessment of a
candidate.
The objective should
talk about the specific qualification and skills of the
candidate which is being noteworthy and gives the
candidate a competitive edge
over others.
