broth recipe because it's that impressive, that simple and a warm way to welcome the cooler fall days and nights.

It is a gut healing diet and it

broth but cutting the bones open and the joints open with big chicken sheers to expose the bone marrow etc.before you boil it.
Everyone is
talking about bone
broth these days, and even though it's trendy now, bone
broth is actually not a new concept.
I've tried his
broth multiple times and it is incredible, so I asked him to come on the podcast and
talk about all things
broth.

broth for my clients and groups already.
Too often, someone hears me
talking about the amazing amino acids and forgets the nutritional basics of real whole food, quality animal protein (like wild fish, pastured eggs and chicken, grass - fed red meat), organic veggies and fruit, healthy fats (like olive oil, coconut oil and butter), fermented foods and
broths, and no gluten, caffeine or sugar.
I'll
talk you from start to finish, and even show you how I put my homemade
broth up in the freezer where it keeps for
about 3 months.

broth today, but was shot down because these folks do not consume any beef.
Brock: All those dietary things really, it reminds me of an article I've read
about the LA Lakers, how they're actually working with Dr. Cate Shanahan right now and she introduced like bone
broth and antioxidants and stuff into their diet so getting them away from the real inflammatory Gatorade and all that kind of stuff and most of the people on the team, most of the guys on the team were
talking about how they hardly ever get recovery pains anymore like they just don't get doms, they feel that they're recovering faster, they don't get a sore, sort of interesting.
