Today I'm not going to be
talking about fat loss, but I am going to be talking about how you can build BIG biceps!
Remember, we weren't
talking about a fat loss routine here... we were talking about gaining muscle and getting bigger arms... so that is going to require some extra calories above your maintenance.
Since we are strictly
talking about fat loss here though, I would limit cardio sessions to 2x per week, max.
We can go at lengths
talking about fat reducing nutrition and we might still fail to cover all advice that could help you in this task.

If you don't know what I'm
talking about, for now all that really matters is that from here on out, I'll be including nutrition info in my recipes: i.e. how many calories and how much protein, carbohydrates, and
fat are in what I make (should you follow the recipe exactly as written).
I have also heard mothers
talk about why they don't call themselves «
fat» in front of their children (daughters specifically).
Nutrisystem, Hydroxycut, Green Tea Extract, Slim Fast, a cleanse, a detox, a
fat burner... I mean really I could keep going but we all know who I'm
talking about.
