lid, so I used cut pieces
of cardboard, stock picture cards and washi
tape to cover the name.
Materials • Rubbing alcohol (70 percent isopropyl alcohol) • Measuring spoons • Small bowl • Three long strands
of human hair (about 20 centimeters long) • Cotton swabs • Measuring
tape or ruler • Thin, flat piece of plastic that can easily be cut (about 8.0 cm long and 8.0 cm wide), such as from the lid of a disposable deli container • Scissors (strong enough to cut the plastic piece) • Dime • Tape • Two small nails • Glue • Scrap piece of wood or flat Styrofoam (about 25 cm long and 10 cm wide) • Hammer • Pencil or pen • Hair dryer • Plastic box that can be sealed and is large enough to fit the wood or Styrofoam piece inside of it • Wet sponge or small towel (either paper or cloth) Preparation • Make a solution of 25 percent rubbing alcohol and 75 percent water by mixing one tablespoon of water with one teaspoon of rubbing alcohol in a small b

Close the
box, using a bit
of tape to secure the
lid.
It is important to
tape the
lid on so that your cat does not simply take the
lid off and eat out
of the
box like a bowl.
If one
of these
boxes is not available, use masking
tape to «hinge» the
lid to one side
of the
box.
Glue or
tape wrapping paper / construction paper to cover the
lid, the back and sides
of the
box.
This service meant that we didn't have to hunt around for
lids that fit old
boxes or use lots
of strapping
tape.
Order
boxes and moving supplies (plenty
of small portable
boxes with
lids, wardrobe containers, extra packing
tape and markers are essentials).
