QUEENS, NY — Borough President Melinda Katz stated the following in response to questions about Governor Andrew Cuomo's multi-pronged agenda that
targets sexual harassment in the workplace: «A settlement should not compel silence in perpetuity and preclude further accountability for harassers enabled by that very silence.
