date syrup is a liquid so
fresh dates will provide a very different consistency but I imagine that it would still
taste delicious!
The mint extract really gave them a
fresh flavor so I didn't
taste dates, which is important for me.

The key ingredient of this recipe is
fresh, sweet
dates — which means the
taste of this recipe is only as good as the
dates.
You can use
fresh or dried
dates, but just know that this will influence the
taste of the recipe so make sure you like the type of
date fruit before making this.
Add coconut milk (you don't have to use soy milk at all, if you like the coconut milk
taste a lot), some dried (the juicy,
fresher ones)
dates.

Where I live we never see
fresh dates so it's not an option to use them but I imagine that it
tastes nice.

date» it should still be considered safe to give a baby as long as it still has a
fresh odor and / or

Mix two tablespoons of almond butter (or one tablespoon of almond butter and one tablespoon of sunflower seed butter: I recommend Dastony's version of both) with a couple of chopped carrots, one teaspoon of miso paste, one Medjool
date, one teaspoon (or to
taste) of
