Regarding the nuts: Nuts
taste better toasted and they don't taste as great when mushy.

I know it's an extra step, but the oats will
taste so much
better after
toasting and only takes a few minutes.
I got the avocado
toast on gluten - free bread and it was far and away the
BEST gluten - free bread I have ever

It's just about the
best bread I've ever

It does not fall apart at the first touch of the knife, it
toasts well, and it
tastes good.
The granola you measured and mixed and

tasted had a bit of ground coriander seed and / or allspice (in those days I didn't know either
well enough to be sure), a bit of cumin (standard), some cilantro (
better than parsley, in my book) and most importantly a hit of
toasted ground caraway seed — really, really
good.
4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil, divided 1 1/2 cups small cherry tomatoes (the fresher and sweeter the
better) 2 medium zucchini, julienned (see note above) 1 medium yellow onion, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons basil chiffonade 2 tablespoons Meyer lemon juice 2 tablespoons slivered (not sliced) almonds,
