As you may or may not know, the unflavoured
whey protein is extremely bland and
tastes a lot
like diluted off milk!

To make the low carb peanut butter balls, I simply mixed peanut butter and plain
whey isolate
protein powder (I
like Isopure Zero Carb) together and sweetened to
taste with Stevia glycerite.

These brownies
taste and look just
like traditional brownies, but are nutritious and loaded with
protein due to the almond butter and
whey protein.
However, I don't
like the
taste the eggs gives, so I have replaced them by
whey protein (I
like eggs, I'm eating 2 - 3 eggs at breakfast usually soft boiled or fried, but I don't
like them in the shake).
I've been using this
protein shake for a long time now, and it
tastes great, dissolves well in a shaker and it breaks down fast
like a
whey protein should.
