I admit that I am not perfect when it comes to protein intake and I also hate
the taste of protein powders when they come in the form of shake mixes or just added to a smoothie.

the taste of the protein powder (Chocolate is my favorite) and I believe the overall benefits are invaluable to what I am trying to do in Beach Volleyball.
Fitness fanatics are all too familiar with the chalky
taste of protein powder, or the grainy mouthfeel of some healthy spreads.
Just make sure you like
the taste of the protein powder you're using, as another benefit of the egg white protein powder is that it's completely tasteless (at least in these bars), which really allows the peach flavor to shine through.
My dad hates
the taste of protein powder though and loves chocolate chips (well, who doesn't really), so I modified the recipe to reflect that.

Lately I've been stirring collagen
protein into my oats as the collagen
powder dissolves completely and doesn't change the
taste or texture
of the oatmeal at all, it just brings in a good 10g
of protein!
I use unflavoured
protein powder in this recipe for a
protein boost, but use your favourite
protein powder (I'm just not really a fan
of the fake sweetener
taste of a lot
of flavoured
protein powders).
Also, don't be scared to mix chocolate
protein powder with greens, if you go with a lighter flavor
of greens you can't even

Most
protein powders are flavored and for good reason because natural whey doesn't have a lot
of taste.
It
tastes amazing and I don't have to feel guilty about using it like I have with all the other
protein powders I've tried, which most
of them are loaded with junk.
Hi Maria, I really enjoy the
taste and texture
of your recipes, but I had a bit
of trouble figuring out how to perfect the «folding in» process, particularly with the
protein powder, which invariably ends up throughout the batter as stubborn clumps.
The pea
protein was another great purchase as well, you can barely
taste it in smoothies, and it contains a whopping amount
of protein and little carbs (ideal
protein powder).
It actually
tastes pretty good, though does
of course still
taste like
protein powder.
Yeah it was a good haul I have never tried any
of the other
protein powders so it is difficult to compare, but I find the pea
protein mixes really well into smoothies, I don't find it chalky or anything, I can barely
taste it in there.
I've been a longtime fan
of Vega, but their new Vega One vanilla shake is amazing; not only does it
taste better (think more
of a smooth flavor, less
of the typical
protein powder grittiness), but it has more
