I would add more seasonings if I had just been serving it with veggies but since the flax crackers are bursting with spice and a little heat, the subtle
taste of the hummus was just right.
Sorry to say that we didn't care for
the taste of the hummus, it was «not bad», but we wouldn't buy this brand again, though we appreciated that the shelf - stable packaging which would be great for travel.
Stir in the salt and lime juice until you're happy with
the taste of the hummus.

taste «cheesy» you could sprinkle on some nutritional yeast, or stir it into the

Deconstructed
Hummus Salad 1 garlic clove, minced 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons tahini 1 - 2 tablespoon lemon juice (start with a tablespoon, add more to
taste if needed) 1 tablespoon water salt, to
taste 1 15 - oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained 5 oz package
of mixed greens (note: I also had about 2 cups
