You probably don't know that besides tasting pretty good, oat bread contains twice the protein of whole - wheat bread and it digests even slower.
By the way, I'm calling this «oat bread» because I made it with (gluten - free) oat flour, but it really doesn't taste much like oats.
My next favorite version is the addition of a little oat fiber 500 which not only results in a more bready texture, but tastes a little more bread - like.
