I love the softness of this gray / beige /
taupe colors together, it has a washed out, muted thing going on and I'll definitely be repeating with this color palette again in my wardrobe this spring.

In the photos above, I added a little bit (or a lot) of suede for outerwear to balance the fringe knit and denim, and used a suede belt and boots in the same tonal family (
taupes, camel and grays are my favorite
colors for suede pieces) to wrap it all
together.
Crafted in a
taupe color, it also contains black and white fibers which
together create a beautiful textured surface with tiny loops and curls.
A big part of the issue I ran into is that I was sourcing all of my fabrics online, and the
colors ended up not quite working
together — the brown was too red - toned, the
taupe was too grey, etc..
They work so well with the white walls and
taupe and black
color scheme in the room, bringing
together a bright and sophisticated look.
I was at a fashion show once where the models wore separates of dark brown and pale pink, and
taupe with pale pink and the
colors looked fabulous
together.
