I have to share this
with you too I've been making something similar to this all summer
with 1 C milk, 1
TBSP cocoa powder, 1
TBSP raw honey, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and a large handful of ice.
I love hot cereal
with a mashed banana, 1/2
tbsp enjoy life choco chips, 1/2
tbsp protein
powder, 1/2
tbsp cocoa powder, cinnamon, and frozen berries on top!
I added in 1
Tbsp of
cocoa powder with the dry ingredients to make this more chocolatey and used canola oil instead of coconut oil, then when I made it I put the mixture into muffin cups and pressed down as hard as I could
with a spoon.
In a large glass measuring cup or heatproof bowl, mix the sugar, whole egg, egg yolks, cornstarch and
cocoa powder with 2
tbsp of Bailey's (or milk), whipping cream and vanilla
with a whisk.
In a small bowl, mix the instant coffee
with the
cocoa powder and 2
tbsp of organic (or raw) granulated sugar and set it aside.

Tbsp (30 ml) coconut sugar (use
with cocoa powder), or replace
with more stevia (
with the raw cacao option)

So I made these a few days ago, only changed the recipe to 2
tbsp dark
cocoa powder (I only had vanilla protein
powder), used SF carmel syrup instead of the maple, and melted the dark chocolate
with just almond milk and left out coconut oil.
The recipe I saw did not call for peanut butter and used more
cocoa powder, but I love peanut butter and this was plenty chocolaty
with just one
tbsp cocoa powder.
