You can fix that next time just by using a few more dates, or maybe even by
adding tbsp of water if you don't have fresh soft dates.
I use 1/4 cup all purpose flour and 1
tbsp of water for my starter and feed it everyday.
Add a bit of water to get it to blend into a thin liquid (I had to add a
few tbsp of water).

If you want to make them especially low - carb, you can use 3 Tbsp of half and half and 1
