I made a similar recipe using flax and water (1 tbsp flax with 3
tbsp of water per egg).

For crepes, just a vegan egg (either egg replacer
of 1
tbsp ground flax mixed with 3
tbsp water to form a gel
per egg you're replacing).
the version i usually make is much better and calls for only using 1/2 to 1
tbsp curry paste
per can
of milk and adding 2
tbsp brown sugar, 2
tbsp fish sauce and a 1/3 cup
water to the sauce.
I used peanut butter and agave nectar as that was in the pantry and used flax gel (1
tbsp with 3
tbsp water per egg) as egg replacer out
of curiosity.
You might need to use 1 - 2 tablespoons
of flax meal (plus 3
tbsp water per tbsp of flax meal).
