Hi Joanne, I'd recommend the following: (1) Omit the cayenne pepper (2) Omit the green chili peppers (3) Increase the paprika to 2.5 tbsp and be sure to use sweet, not hot paprika (4) Check your garam masala blend to confirm it doesn't include much heat.
