use regular black
tea bags and it will be great — shaking it up will not emulsify it the same way that a blender will (meaning it is not going to be as completely mixed up), but I think it would still be good.

Use a loose leaf

Unlike most
teas you'd steep
using a
tea bag, matcha is made with the whole green
tea leaf which is stone ground into a fine powder and whisked (or blended) in water.
It would be pretty expensive to make several cups a day
using the
tea bag method.
I got a
bag of coconut sugar on sale at TJ Maxx - I have been
using it in my
teas... not bad.
You can
use regular

use pyramid
