Building meaningful, caring relationships like these is crucial to success,
teachers and principals say, but is not something you're rewarded for on a proficiency test.
Some teachers and principals say the list of standards that teachers must meet is unwieldy.
Many veteran
teachers and principals say the biggest change this year is the amount of time principals are now spending in classrooms.
