Cuomo has warned that schools that don't have their

in place by then won't get additional
state aid monies.

teachers, the Leon County School Board has unanimously approved a resolution
stating they won't be
doing that
in their school district.
Cuomo says he thinks steps like establishing
teacher evaluation plans will
do more to improve education
in the
state.
