teaches radiation biology, radiation dosimetry, and radiation science within the undergraduate and graduate programs.
Norman Meadow, who
taught and studied
biology and biochemistry at Johns Hopkins University for 34 years and is now a conservationist in Maryland, noted how some strict technical standards for
radiation and other hazards can be misinterpreted in the murky mix of signals traveling among officials, the media and fearful citizens.
