Jessica currently works in many different school districts
teaching the kitchen staff to improve their culinary skills and talking to the students about cooked - from - scratch foods.
It sounds to me like LAUSD's problems stemmed in part due to failure to
teach the kitchen staff how to prepare this stuff (or failing to provide the equipment / time needed to do it right.)
