One of the biggest things achieved by Arsene Wenger
at Arsenal in recent years is the formation of a plan B, something that many football observers were beginning to believe was a foreign idea to the prof.. It is still true that the boss wants his
team to play in a certain
style that is fluent, exciting and easy on the eye but he also wants to win and that need has forced him into a change of tactics.
goodness i can't believe it people will still defend him.You know something when Giroud misses many chances like
at Monaco i did not criticize him even based on that you know why?its because he has always not been clinical. The only way a
team can improve is by indentifying its problems and solving them.Arsenal has Giroud as the main cf and Welbeck as backup to him.Giroud has done well scoring some goals some too important but collectively he does more harm than good.Do not use moments to judge a player judge him based on content.Giroud does not excel in many games than he excels in games. As a main cf you need to be consistent.I see people here saying Giroud can not dribble he cant do this he cant do that but its a bit crazy to criticize him for that because every player has his own
style.Giroud limitations as a player costs arsenal and will cost us a lot. Most importantly his poor finishing which has cost us several times. Not good enough. His
style of play is ok for us but a striker who can take on players and run behind defences very well would make us very strong and also should be clinical. For Welbeck he needs to works on his finishing and composure by doing the basic things right. He rushes infront of goal too much. For now he is just above average. However he can excel if he works on improving.Giroud and Welbeck will always be a pain in arsenal's neck for most part. Some will call me stupid but hey
at least i want to analyze the problem.People may support Giroud or Welbeck to lead the line next season but as the saying goes if you fool me once shame on you but if you fool me twice shame on me.Will you let Giroud and Welbeck fool you again?

style of football than Arsenal 3) He can play in both a 3 and 4 man defense with his ability on the ball 4) Mustafi has been up and down and I don't know which one we're getting ahead of next season and will it be for 38 weeks 5) Mertesacker will go into a non playing role 6) Chambers has played well
at Boro but well enough to play a big role into this
team... not really and could be used in any deal for Van Djik 7) Koscielny is our best defenders but is dealing with a chronic injury not only that he hasn't made the best decisions

Atleast all our players would have had to know every other players
style on the pitch of play not in the training ground, i used to say akb but honestly wenger is not acting like the acronym, something has to happen the man has got to wake up or step down, but im scared of change cos it is like a gamble, a new coach with a new philosophy and
style, it might take time to adapt and that time would be enough for other
teams to step up thus demoralsing the club, both fans and board, wouldn't like us to do a porchettino, look
at Liverpool, if its gona be a new coach its got ta be one of em arsenal ol boys, who knows what it is like to be called a gooner, that's just my thought on this matter,

Wenger out, out, out!Sell the entire
team, what a bunch of mediocre players!Kick them all out! What a digrageful
team, what an inept and out of ideas manager. The stand was full of the Arsenal's board of directors - I think they see it all and had enough - replace that old fart
at any cost!We are only going backward... the only thing we had left in the last 10 years (even if no trophirs) was de beautiful game - now we don't even have that anymore. An ugly
team with an ugly
style. If you can call that rubish football a «
style»....
At Arsenal, being the manager, Wenger decides which player is good enough to be bought, which player is good enough to play in the first

at best a squad player, he is not good enough in any position to be a first
team player for Arsenal. He might be if he works hard and improve his

What that teaches us is this, one bad signing can destroy a
team season, Xhaka possesses none of the credential Arsenal need his lack of stamina effects his ability to move up the pitch and distribute the ball and hence close the opposition down, his poor acceleration put him in
at a massive disadvantage in taking on the one on one chase back toward his goal, his sluggish tackling causes him to get sent off and his poor positioning allow the opposition plenty of space to exploit, Xhaka overall
style of play is going to cause Arsenal huge problems for the foreseeable future.

am tired of wenger.the man has got good skills, but somehow he fails to address basic issues in the
team like buying a striker and a cdm in the last summer.
at one time, arsenal had good squad but had a keeper who
at times committed mistakes i.e almunia.then after ozil came and arsenal were first in december, all wenger had to do was buy a pacy striker with eye for goal.but wenger did nt so obviously and instead bought an injured kallstrom.agreed ppl fans will keep saying managers shud hav played this guy or that one and so.but in case of wenger, its abt ignoring
team issues t (to prove a point he can win without listening to critics and the fans which he never will), and then playing players out of form, out of position, and buying players that do nt fit ur
style like giroud!!

I wanted wenger gone z5 years ago when it was clear he would not deliver but surely there is no doubting He has demolished this
team over last 3 years... no passion no
style and obvious lack of quality... There is simply no way a serious club can keep a man like this
at the top... Chances are this will spell melt down in league to... But whatever happens it will be a worse season than last... I for one will not be sad to see the back of him
This is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful»
style of play has become a shadow of it's former self, only to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where players play out of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look
at our current players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system...
at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play of Monreal, but none of these players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national
team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points in the latter part of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless
at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been played out of position far too many times since arriving and that the players in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National
team's midfield, where
teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one of those 3 players to stay on it would be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill players we've seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this
team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and,
at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack of mobility is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other was just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this
team is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
