There's actually a pretty good answer

But Robinson stressed that «increasing a

Tim i found it liberating
to just
do what the Lord wants you
to do i work within his boundarys and yes i attend church and enjoy it.I love the people and i love hearing the word and worshipping the Lord even if others are still bound up with traditions thats not my walk thats theres. My focus is
to do what the Lord wants me
to do.There have been
times i have said no
to the pastor he
does nt understand why i choose not
to lead the worship.i query him as well regarding the idea that its not just performing a function because there is a need our hearts have
to be in the right place so that the Lord can use us but he
did nt understand where i was coming
from and thats okay because of that i just said no until my heart is right i am better not being involved in leading. But i am happy
to be an encouragement
to others in the worship
team i havent wanted
to be the leader i have
done that in the past.So my focus has been just the singing and being part of different worship
teams i think the Lord has other plans as the groups i am in seem
to be changing at the same
time i am aware that i
do nt
to worry about change as the Lord knows whats best.I used
to be quite comfortable leading the music but that was before when i was operating in my own self confidence and pride. The Lord
did such a huge change in my life that i lost my self confidence and that is not a bad thing at all as my spiritual growth has been incredible. The big change was my identity moved
from me and what i could
do to knowing who i was in Christ and that he is my strength and confidence. Now i know that without him i can
do nothing in fact i am dependent on his empowerment through his holy spirit all the
time in everything. In the weekend i was asked
to lead the music at another church i attend multiple churchs although i attend two regularly one has services in the morning and one has services in the evening so the two
do nt really clash. In the weekend i was asked
to lead the music its been two years since i
did that and i was worried on how i would go.All i can say is that it went really well and because i stepped out in Faith the Lord really blessed the morning
to the congregation. The difference is knowing that i serve the Lord with the gifts he has given me but my heart has
to be right and when i
do it in his way it builds up the body and it brings glory
to him.May the Lord continue
to show you what he wants you
to do even though others may not understand your reasons i just want you
to know that you
do nt have
to pull away completely just work within the boundarys that the Lord gives you and
do nt feel pressured by others expectations
to do anything that feel uncomfortable.Be involved just as you feel lead by the holy spirit even if it is in a very minor way take small steps.regards brentnz

Although many will suggest that Robson has a personal vendetta of sorts aimed squarely at the Grinch who stole soccer, that doesn't make his words any less truthful... such tactics are nothing new... in the U.S.this business practice has become so common that even the players regularly use the media
to manipulate public opinion (LeBron James
did likewise
to rally public support for himself and away
from his teammate, Kyrie Irving, who has asked
to be traded)... whether for contract leverage or
to rally support for or against certain players, this strategy can be incredibly effective at
times, but when it misses the mark it can be dangerously divisive... for a close -

to use such nefarious means
to manufacture a wedge between the fans and it's best player (again), is absolutely despicable... for the sanctimonious higher - ups who demand that it's players adhere
to a certain protocol regarding information deemed «in house» or else
to intentionally spread «fake» news or
to provide certain outlets with privileged information for such purposes is pretty low indeed... no moral high ground here, just a big club pretending
to be a small club so that they can continue
to pull the wool over the eyes of a dedicated, albeit somewhat naive, fan base... so not only
does this club no give a shit about it's fans, this clearly shows that clubs primary interests aren't even soccer related... for all intent and purposes Kroenke doesn't care if we're a soccer club or a tampon factory as long as we continue
to maximized his investment... stay woke people... great

Present day Ozil is often blamed for the Arsenal loses and in truth at most
times should be, his moods dictates the way arsenal plays, he dictates the tempo of how arsenal plays and once he begins
to lose balls and things not going his way he tends
to shrink away
from the ball, he is not a player who is going
to call for the ball, get in the game by
doing some defensive work or get the ball
to get some fouls and move the

It's difficult
to blame Ozil for the difficulties he's faced at Arsenal without looking at the big picture... like the fans, he too was lied
to by Wenger... there is no doubt in my mind that he was told by Wenger that he was trying desperately
to recreate our earlier success by acquiring players that fit the system he ran when Henry was in his prime... as we know this hasn't happened... in order for Ozl
to flourish he needs some speed up front, forwards that can make intelligent runs, a boss in the midfield
to compensate for his obvious defensive liabilities and defenders who can transition
from defence
to offence quickly and efficiently... much like he had in Real and with the German National squad... unfortunately he ended up on a squad that has a striker who plays with his back
to goal, very few intelligent runs into the box, minus Sanchez, no one
to take pressure off him in the midfield, once Cazorla was injured, average defensive midfielders around him, which simply highlighted his lacking defensive qualities and defenders who lack the necessary cutting edge when it comes
to transitional passing... instead of blaming Ozil, which is simply too easy, especially considering his mopey disposition, we should be asking ownership and / or Wenger why they brought him in if they didn't intend on
doing what was necessary
to get the best
from him... can you imagine Ozil playing with the likes of Henry, Viera, Petit and Pires, it would be incredibly
to watch and even more difficult
to stop... so the only thing different between his experiences in Real and with the German
team versus his
time at Arsenal are the players around him and we all know who is in charge of making those decisions, the Grinch who stole soccer
Ramsey performance had improved this season, its high
time we reap our patience
from Rambo, he was under rated in the
team but he is
doing great job with his energy, running box

Also, Pujols is owed another $ 114 million
from 2018 through 2021, and there have already been multiple occasions where, during his
time with the
team, the Angels were forced
to trade away the few prospects and young players they had
to fill holes because they didn't have anymore room on the payroll thanks
to deals like the one they signed with Pujols.
nice
to see you crawl out of your hole just in
time to offer your 2 cents worth once again... unlike yourself I started following this
team long before Wenger arrived on the scene and will continue
to do so long after he's gone... in his earlier years I admired the cerebral elements he brought
to the EPL, which at that point was more brutish than beautiful, and I respected the seemingly tireless efforts of Arsene, Dein & staff
to uncover and develop talent without sacrificing the product on the field... likewise I appreciated that such a youthful manager wasn't afraid
to bring strong personalities and / or world - class players into the fold without being fearful of how said players would potentially undermine and / or dilute his authority... unfortunately this all changed about 10 years ago and culminated in the removal of all our greatest players, both young and old, without any real replacements coming in...
from Henry
to RVP
to Fabergas and Nasri, it was easy
to see that this club was no longer interested in competing at the highest levels... instead of being honest, minus the ridiculous claims regarding the new stadium, Wenger chose
to side with management and in
doing so became the «front man» for this corporation pretending
to be a world - class soccer club... without the «front man» this organization would have been exposed numerous years earlier, so his presence was imperative if the facade was
to continue... it's for this reason and more that I despise what this once great man and Kroenke has
done to my beloved club... the gutless, shameful and manipulative way they have treated the fans, like myself, is largely indefensible and this is why I felt it necessary
to start offering my opinion in a public format... trust me, I resisted the temptation for many years but as long as the same shit continues
to exist I will voice my opinions and if you don't like it maybe you should look for a different
team to pretend
to follow
Because, I think this is the first
time in his career that he is being asked
to do too much and be a leader at the same
time aside
from the Australian
team, but the NBA is on another level.
yes ofcourse, wenger is right
to call the referee more than weak, eventhough, he is more weaker then the referee for him nt signing some players who wl stands on any wrong
doing to our player at the same
time they are in full control of their emotions, just
to open eyes the referee and prevent him
from making wrong decision against us., mike dean hate arsenal, costa is a stupid, vagabond player, mourinho is arrogant nd teaches his players on how
to behave arrogantly.
To me gabriel is a type of player we lost in our
team, dt wl lead us, we have
to keep on praising him, bt only that he need
to be more wiser.SALIS DALHAT KWANKWASO.UP UP GUNNERS.
Mertz should never have been our captain in the first place... who has ever heard of a
team that makes 11th hour transfer buys (Arteta & Mertz) then seemingly places those same individuals into prominent leadership positions
from the get - go... indicative of the problems that have permeated our clubhouse for the better part of 7 years under the Kroenke & Wenger... what is wrong with the players chosen and / or the management style of Wenger that doesn't develop and / or encourage strong leadership
from within... Mertz was the fine collecting lackey
from year one... this is what happens when you don't get world - class players because many
times they want
to have a voice on and off the pitch and this can't happen when you play for a fragile manager who has developed a coddling wage structure where everyone is rewarded for simply wearing the shirt and participating in the process... not enough balance between performance and pay, combined with the obvious favoritism shown
to some players regardless of their glaring lack of production... remember that Ramsey has played in positions that make no sense considering his skill - set (out wide) and has forced other players off the field or into equally unfamiliar positions with little or no justification (let's remember when you read articles about how Ramsey's goals this upcoming season being the potential X-factor for our success that this is the same individual who didn't score a goal until the final week last season)... this of course is just one example of many... before I hear another word
from Mertz I want this club
to address the fact that no former player of any real consequence has any important role in the management structure of this club, yet several former Gunners have expressed serious interest in just such an endeavor (Henry, Viera, Adams, Bergkamp... just
to name a few legends)... there is only one answer: an extremely insecure manager!!!
I just can't believe that we have become a joke we always start the season well then have a bumpy December and by the
time Feb comes our form has taken a dip and we get kicked out of all competitions except for that valuable top 4 that the board loves so much... ultimately if Arsenal want
to compete again we need changes
from the bottom up... Kroenke and his board need
to go cause clearly for them profits matter more than trophies... Wenger needs
to go for his lack of tactical naus guy has been using the same fornation since I was in high school and I'm
doing my honours in accounting now... our medical
team must all go our players always get injured and they never come back in
time (take a look at Santi) players like Coquelin Theo Mesut Gabriel Gibbs Giroud just
to name a few need
to go they're just not good enough seriously these players lack fight tactical Discipline and tactical awareness... at the end of the day change needs
to happen things can't keep going like this for us....
Besides several
teams who have questions surrounding one or possibly two players, there is no squad that has so many issues heading into the final week of the transfer window... even Monaco, who have lost numerous players
from their starting 11 have less controversy swirling in and around their club and they have champion's league play
to contend with this season... just think of how ridiculous this situation is especially considering that we have had the same manager for over 20 years... no
team should be better organized than ours... if nothing else, that should be the one advantage this
team holds over all others, yet the exact opposite has occurred... this fact is even more disturbing considering the main argument against removing Wenger
from his managerial position was that there was no suitable replacement and that people feared some sort of perceived drop - off if a new manager was brought into the mix... based on what we've witnessed since the
time of his contract renewal a monkey with a magic eight ball could have
done an adequate job... I hate
to make jokes, in light of our current dilemma, but this
team is so screwed up if I don't laugh about it, the only plausible response is
to either cry or
do something incredibly destructive... just look around this squad and try
to see what our delusional manager sees that allow him
to make such positive statements about our current
team
Player ratings GK - 5 not much
to do looked a bit shaky on crosses Bel - 6 got forward but poor crossing Mon - 7
did ok but impact for the goal Gaby - 7 defended well looked solid Kos - 6
did ok Coq - 6 ok defensively but poor distribution Xhaka - 6
did ok at
times but very average player Gibbs - 6 wing back looks
to suit his ability but would like more
from him Walcott - 5 looked average and positive enough in possession Ozil -4 poor in possession and none existent without the ball, luxury player Sanchez 5 worst game I've seen him have and embarrassed the
team by going down after the ball hit him although the Leicester player deserved a ref
We don't know if this would have any effect on Wenger's
team selection for the Swans but I suspect it might make him a bit more likely
to hand some game
time to some lesser used players or those coming back
from injury.
The sad truth is that we are just a couple of players away
from having a very strong starting 11... Wenger's fixation with Walcott and mertesakher as starting players remains a mystery
to me... neither have the quality of a top
team like arsenal... I am not a giroud hater but he is still too inconsistent and the big question is whether welbeck can push him in a way Walcott won't... Campbell has
done well and has moved ahead of Walcott and, ox for sure but there is still a question about how much more he can improve... Elneny is certainly an upgrade over arteta and flamini whether he will make it I don't know just hope that he
does but arguably wenger could have been more ambitious... That leaves a top quality striking option... There is no doubt that wenger deluded himself over the summer and that needs
to be corrected ASAP... Draxler dybala aube and even griezman with a big enough big could have been prized in summer... january not a good
time for this but it is not difficult
to find better options than Walcott ox or Campbell... All a question of whether wenger wants
to win EPL on his terms or wants
to win this for the club
if we can win the league without a top striker, then tell me a
team thats
done it recently?lets go one better 4get ever1 else, tell me the last
time Arsenal won the leagu without a 25 + goalscorer?if you can't tell me a
time then why
do you believe its possible now?the goals
from midfield reasoning is flawed, every tip
team needs a go
to man, we don't have that
I'm so sick of people telling those of us who are disgruntled fans
to relax and give this club
time to correct itself... for anyone who believes that taking a wait - and - see approach is appropriate at this juncture they should take a good long look at themselves in the mirror because they are a big part of the problem... no other «big» club's fans would stand for this shit for nearly as long as we have... think about it, we've witnessed a changing of the guard at every major club in England, Spain, France and Germany in the last several years because those «big» clubs failed
to live up
to expectations (Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern, PSG, Chelsea, ManU, ManCity etc...)... for some reason, many fans have become as fragile as our current manager, believing that there couldn't possibly be a suitable replacement, even though everyone of these clubs have found multiple replacements and still achieved far more than our club... this mindset has been created by an organization that has been milking it's fans, telling countless lies (no world class players available) and lowering expectations every since they rolled out the biggest lie of all: that we couldn't spend because of the new stadium but once it was paid off we could compete with any
team in the world... this organization is rotting
from the inside out and if we don't demand that those in charge put soccer first this despicable behaviour won't end with Wenger's ridiculous 2 year contract... I think the real fear isn't that a suitable replacement doesn't exist, but that this organization is so money hungry and poorly mismanaged that we will sink even lower by choosing our next coach the same way they choose our players, on the cheap... even so, we need
to see what mustache will
do if left
to his own devices so he will have
to show his true colours... only then can we purge this club and start anew
Why is this even an issue? We make some we buy some like we've always done. It's not like we've ever had a full
team or first eleven playing for Arsenal where all the player actually came through our ranks and were not bought
from foreign countries
to come through our ranks. The fact is Arsenal give youngsters a chance
time and
time again such that even if they're average and were destined
to be world class and they become world class then that's where the saying that» We don't buy superstars, we make them» arises. They continually give youngsters a chance that's the reason and we are unlike so many
teams out there.
If St. Louis doesn't make up the 4 1/2 games separating the Hawks
from the third - place Pistons, it will be the first
time since the 1954 - 55 season that the
team has failed
to make the playoffs.
There are various theories about why the Gunners keep falling short in the race for the Premier League title and our various and numerous injury problems certainly
do not help, but it is the way that the
team fails
to turn up at
times in crucial games, such as the EPL defeat by Wartford recently or the Champions League hammering at the hands of Bayern Munich that many will point
to as evidence that the boss is not getting the best
from his squad anymore.
They continually give youngsters a chance that's the reason and we are unlike so ma ny
teams out there.
You would have
to expect that our new signings would take a little
time to settle in their new side, as they learn a better understanding with their
team - mates, but that didn't stop them
from hitting the ground running.
If things continue
to like this we'll always be begging players
to stay because we know if they leave there's no hope.As if we care if he's difficult
to deal with. The thing is he's
doing his job well. For some years now it looks as if we've become a one man
team and always begging players
to stay.We can't even handle our own players. They always seem
to be the one's dictating
to the coach and the club.We tend
to give players the right
to feel a bit big due
to poor management. For how long will this continue.Any
time a top player wants
to leave the club he becomes the controller of things. When can Arsenal show authority. We keep milking our players. There's no ruthlessness
from our manager.
This is an incredibly difficult question
to answer for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of play has become a shadow of it's former self, only
to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where players play out of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel
to move the ball quickly
from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards
to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we
did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems
to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early
to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency
to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball...
from our backs out wide, we've seen pace
from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play of Monreal, but none of these players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs
to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I
do worry that he regressed last season, which was obvious
to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national
team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently
to justify): that being said, I've always thought he
does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow
to ever boss the midfield and he tends
to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he
did get a bit better during some points in the latter part of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed
to play Francis in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless at the wrong
times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready
to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him
to use Francis and then he had the nerve
to act like this was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary
to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed
to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends
to offend, the fact that he's been played out of position far too many
times since arriving and that the players in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little
to no sense considering what he has
to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National
team's midfield, where
teams couldn't afford
to focus too heavily on one individual... this player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try
to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards
to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair
to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went
to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had
to choose one of those 3 players
to stay on it would be Ox due
to his potential as a plausible alternative
to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue
to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill players we've seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due
to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem
to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this
team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at
times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack of mobility is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other was just sold
to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this
team is like an addiction
to heroin without the benefits
«There are so many
times where they have chances
to shoot
from the edge of the box because they have that much possession and the
teams will drop off and they play, play, play but they want
to go and
do the little one - twos in the box and make it a worldy goal every
time they score one.
You sir made me remember one
time when Henry was still around, le prof said Henry won't play in the next match due
to sickness against Man U, but Ferguson didn't buy that excuse and his
team prepared
to face Henry, the king played
from the start and he scored..
Around the end of November he started
to feature (
from the bench initially) for the first
team in Premiere League games. This came as a result of injuries I know but everyone had accepted he had worked hard
to get himself back and he was making a difference
to the
team in midfield (not hard I
do appreciate given the form of Xhaka and Ramsey at the
time.
To get the best from the player and play to his strengths it would be so beneficial to both the team and Ramsey if he had the protection of a top class CDM.He does his fair share of defensive work but it's not his natural game.He has never had the luxury of a top CDM in all his time at the club for the simple reason Wenger thought players of the calibre like Song Denilson Flamini Coquelin And now Xhaka were the answer and has been continually proved wron
