team quality because we will all a difference in opinion about who we should cut losses on.

We tried outsourcing some functions which is, I guess, one of the options startups have,

quality that we would get, so we stopped that and hired full - time toptier talent.

Why is every Arsenal fans keep complaining about this draw, one thing I know for sure is that, Wenger is a wounded lion don't think you can take him down so easily
because of his injury we know is hard sometimes for any
team to face Bacerlona in the peach but is 11 players either side only the
quality some times but we do have
quality players too so why is the worries come on guys i know We can do this Wenger can do it, is our season it's a reason for the past 9 seasons without trophy God have something special for us & this is it.

I disagree.A wingback can be viewed as a defensive winger.Whether the Ox likes it or not he's been blessed with the
qualities of a winger. To me that's his best position. He's only doing well as a wingback
because of his attacking abilities. As I said earlier a wingback can be viewed as a sort of defensive winger. That's why CB's who are used as RB or LB can not play wingback.Wingback needs the player to be able to adapt himself like a winger while also being solid defensively.Ox has the attacking part but not the defensive part. With Bellerin we have the best of both worlds. He can attack, defend and also has the speed necessary to play wingback.I fear Ox being played at wingback will cost us when we play
teams with tricky wingers. He should rather be challenging Sanchez or Ozil for their positions and not wingback. The guy hates to always have to defend which in truth he can't.
Arteta's top
quality people just use him as one of the scapegoats in the

If we start this season with those two in our starting 11 it will be a clear sign from this organization that nothing has changed and that we will never get it right until both Kroenke and Wenger are gone... neither one of these players should still be with our club at this point
because they represent the settling half - measures that have plagued this
team for a number of years... this is what I call the «no man's land» of the soccer world, where
teams don't have enough talented young players, unlike a Monaco or Dortmund,
because they have lost the plot from an organizational standpoint... they are so reliant on one individual to run the whole operation that their once relevant scouting department has become so antiquated that it can no longer find those hidden gems it once had... furthermore, when you leave all decision - making to a manager who despises any dissenting opinions, your management
team becomes little more than a stagnant group of «yes men» and no new ideas emerge... so instead of developing a
team with the
qualities necessary to excel in a particular system, you continually make half - brain purchases year after year to stifle dissent from the ticket - buying public, then try desperately to finagle together a lineup regardless of what would make positional sense... have you ever heard of a
team who plays players out of position so often... of course not
because that manager would likely be fired and never work for a
team of any consequence ever again

because we've beat them twice.»

OT: My wishes: — Wenger to stop playing Mert ahead of Gab... this is a must — Wenger being ruthless and stop being stubbornness «big wish» — Wenger to change his transfer policy «big wish as well» — Not count on very injury prone players (Wilshere, Walcott, Ox, Welbeck), take them only as a bounce
because they would never stay fit... It is a dilemma
because they are all
quality home grown players, so I can not say «get rid of them all» — Give our smart attacking players (Sanchez, Cazorla, Ozil) what they need, a striker... that is a must — Strengthen the flank with another
quality because all the sights now on Sanchez — Get rid of useless
team players (Campbell, Flamini, yes they are useless) and replace them with better players (promote or buy good ones)-- Loan Chamber... 16M is too much to ruin

qualities that he possesses on a more consistent basis.
I want him to succeed with the

quality and love the club, but will fitness and consistency let him?
In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category
because of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never played better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured player to handle the taxing duties that come with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then played until he suffers his first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped - out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average players who couldn't make any of the top 7
teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top
quality and no good
team can afford to have that many average players on their bench playing the same position, especially with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been directly related to the failure of this club to provide him with the necessary players up front, minus Sanchez of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)
Am not trying to disagree so much with you but this talk of we cant buy an already made player who could potentially add much

qualities in our

because OSPINA is a
quality keeper who would easily walk into most PREM
teams, were he sold.
if you go back while Fans were begging the old fool to buy a DM and he did not
because he had Flamini and Arteta, it was then when once again we were plagued with injuries that he had no where to go, he brought Le Coq back from loan, back then he did a decent job but was evident that he was not the answer nor the
quality player you need to win the League, bench player at best in any
team with aspirations.....
they do nt concede lots of goals
because they have 70 per cent posession most games... as

We will win game
because at the end, we have
quality in the
team, but we won't win the league or the CL (unreachable objective and too difficult with our limited squad and delusional manager).
Honestly to be fair to Jack Wilshere, the lad is passionate and loyal to Arsenal fc and i can't believe our fans would turn against him just
because he got injured, Thiago Alcantara is also having injury problems, and i don't see fans turn against him like Arsenal fans do, Ramsey broke is leg and we everyone was asking for the coach to get ride of him, after last season everyone was like Ramsey is the class, you have to support your player
because player's like santi Carzorla are not getting younger, Arsenal fans need to think and realize that Wilshere is a
quality player who's disturb by injury and we don't have lot of loyal player's in the
team, so why sell one of the loyal and committed ones..
Let's hope so anyway,
because what the 38 - year old wrote is very good news for us Arsenal fans who will be nervous and wondering whether Wenger will bring in some

@RSH what I was trying to say is that it takes more than world class players to win you the league. In many instances the mentality factor far outweighs the
quality when the
team is playing on the Wenger. With Wenger I don't see us having a strong mentality. We might have even lost the battle before it is fought.Trust me there's a higher chance w» ell not win the EPL if even Wenger made all the right signings. You know why? It's not
because of the so called
quality of other
teams but we will be the cause of our own downfall this season again.
Fans fail to see that we are blessed to have a DM like coquelin, I mean look at how solid our
team has become when he plays. His defensive
qualities are what please me the most.Coquelin reads the game really well and knows exactly where an opponent is going to drop the next pass that is why you see him making so many interceptions
because he reads the game well and he is not afraid to challenge for the ball.He is also very desciplined withe ball and passes the ball quick enough to start a counter attack. So for me, I couldn't ask for another DM than Coquelin please let's learn to appreciate what we have.Schneiderlin, Wanyama, Kondogbia etc are highly rated
because they play for other clubs if they were playing for Arsenal we would have branded them «average players», we would be crying for Wenger to sign «world class DMs».
If it's a
quality player and the deal can be done then I'm all for improving the
team because we need to improve to compete for trophies.
Injuries indeed a factor, but then again that is every season (should take a look at that) but we CONSISTENTLY fail specially this season,
because our Manager does not innovate, adapt, change strategies when he needs to... we have a
team that could beat the Top 4 other
teams with lesser
quality do it why shouldn't we??
«They start out stronger than any other recent expansion
team because so many
quality players were left unprotected for the expansion draft strictly
because of high cap numbers.

quality players while other top
teams are willing to pay huge transfers and fat salaries.

because he looked exhausted and like he wasn't quite playing at 100 percent after the knock he took on Friday night, but with that trait and his ever - increasing
quality on the pitch, Pulisic will be the central element of the national
team moving forward.
Just
because he is better than alternatives right now but welbeck might work if he comes back stronger... And ozil behind them... Wenger's refusal to invest in a
quality attacking option in summer will come back to haunt us but for sure iwobi will have to put out on loan at Xmas to a championship
team as he doesn't have the basics down yet
being drafted in the top 3 - 5 is usually a recipe for disaster
because of the
quality of the
team picking you.
It's obvious for me that arsenal need 4 players to become a world class
team like bayern and real madrid i couldn't dare mention barcelona
because they have unbelievable front three and they maybe the best attack in history of football we are lacking
quality in the ST as well as the RW of course giroud and campvell are very good players but in my opinion they are less in
quality than the rest of the
team so we need to improve the
quality in these positins About the DM it's a number issue and i think the position is covered with flamini doing good job and elneny coming which can be deployed there About the fourth signing we need is a center back I don't think i saw till now enough minutes for gabriel to tell if he can make the position his own or not But what makes me doubt him that wenger didn't choose him till now over per which means he is not miles ahead of him so i think we need a new better CB This
team can go and fight for every thing even the champions leafue....
