Football was never about loyalty. It's just a choice. We'll always mention how loyal some players were but won't mention how loyalty has finisbed the careers of some players.Such players stay
in the
team and waste their talent till they can no more longer reproduce their ability instead of moving for better chances.I know you know what I mean. One such player is Jack Wilshere. If he had left Arsenal seasons back there was a high chance that he'd have been
world class since his injuries would've have been greatly reduced.I'd likd to see top players
who are loyal to average
teams for me to call them truly loyal since it's far more easier to be loyal to top
teams.

Let's get real here.It is very unlikely that ANY professional player will ever say anything derogatory about a teammate that has just left the club.If Jack had said about Coq - «Grew up playing with him

Not expert enough against top
teams who love his reading of game so much they put a shit load of goals passed him... It's not just that's he is slow it's also because he is one of the worst distributors of a ball I have seen

football... Just watch his passing to players with no option but to boot loose ball or pass back... It is truly shocking... so yes unless you're a 4th place junkie mert should be a bench player just like for Germany

who would they rather have?
Joining a club of arsenal s stature has its ups and downs. There is a requirement of how our players should perform when on the pitch. The following is a list of players
who were wrong to choose arsenal.Aaron ramsey - Even though he is the most favoured of all players at the club now.I cant help but think how it would have gone for Him if he decided to search for other greener pastures. He was a clear talented
footballer during his time at cardiff but he hasnt been raised with the discipline at arsenal. You can always see ramseys all round strengths but sadly Its not helping him or the club with his foward moving pleasurr. He is so Over used and its sometimes difficult for him to get used to the rythm of the game. With time you realise he gets low ib confidence and his engine gets wasted. He needed somebody
who would have managed him properly and with care and that person is certainpy not wenger. You would have been better off at Manu mate.Calum chambers - Came us a very talented player from southampton with raw talent. He was very good at first but wenger found a way to reduce his level of confidence. His inexperience was left exposed and wenger did nt do anything to resolve that problem and instead He looked for other talented players.Alex oxlade chamberlain - Another very talented player
who needed only his skilled sharpened and his character modelled. That and he was ready to become a
world beater. But wenger decided to let him run and run like a headless chicken causing him to be often injured and damaging his confidence.
Who knows what would have happened to him gad he decided to look for more greener pasture. He is surely a much better player than this.Theo walcott - Another player
who was tipped to have a very bright future. He had it
in him.But all he needed was an appropriate manager
who would nurture him with discipline and help him with his talent. But on Coming to arsenal he was given Much more responsiblities putting more weight on his shoulders on top of that another player
who was recklessly managed with his talent and never coming off age because his character wasnt properly shaped.Mesut ozil - Al right i agree he perfoms well just recently. But imagine all the legendary players he was often compared to during his time at real madrid. On coming to arsenal he found no rotation often overused, suffered many injuries and his confidence dwindled. It is pretty clear arsene does not take any responsibility for players. And when at arsenal you have to be your own manager. You need not rely on your manager otherwise you might continue being the same player for the next many years. That is why each and every player are what they are because of their own efforts and wenger had nothing to do with it.Van persie was the same player for over 7 years untill he himself decided to change.Wenger only organises and prepares tge
team while the rest is
in your court. It is not what so many people make it out to be.Thats why we need to pressure wenger more than our own players. They are their own self managers and wenger needs to take that responsibility
Mick you know apart from Podolski
who is not
world class the rest are not natural left wingers everyone can play there but its a specialized talent to play on the left there are one natural left wingers to ten right wingers
in the
world may be even more, all top
teams have the best lefties, if you look back to our games
in the past against top
teams left is where we were punished the most and the last time we had a natural left winger was Samir Nasri and if you remember that was the last time Arsenal played sexy
football.
Honestly, paulinho is a disgrace to a midfield that once boasted of xavi deco etc As for the others I don't think details are necessary, the bottom line is that for a board with a sporting director Barca made a huge mistake
in allowing lucho sign such players (he wasn't responsible for paulinho but he gave them such ideas), from now on we should keep a group of
world class players (like RM), coaches
who Believe
in our PHILOSOPHY only should come and use these players to give us our
football back, valverde is not successful because of messi only, he is successful because the core of this
team is a group of the most technically gifted and intelligent players
in the
world, the board knows this and so do RM, that's why we are chasing players like fdj, deligt, and even alaba, because once this core of la masia talent is gone we would be useless if there are no adequate replacements, this board must continue signing replacements for our core and for once!
Agreed, but there are not many
teams in world football, if any,
who would not swap the «downs» of this great club for theirs.
@Midkemma
in the previous article you said Giroud is
world class and has talent. Are you really sure about that?I don't think he has talent or is
world class.Arsenal is the
team making him look good.Stick Giroud
in an average
team and he won't stand out.Forget the stats for a moment because there a lot of players out there
who people say are average but according to stats the story is different.Giroud is an average player like it or not. It's not his fault though. That's just how
football is.
players like Ozil always present the fans with a bit of a conundrum, especially when times are tough... if you look around the sporting
world every once
in awhile there emerges a player with incredible skill, like Ozil, Matt Sundin or even Jay Cutler,
who have a different way about themselves... their movement seemed almost too lackadaisical, so much so that it seemed to suggest indifference or even disinterest on the part of the player... their posture always appears somewhat mopey and they generally have an unflattering «sour puss» expression on their face... for some their above average skills are enough to keep them squarely
in the mix, as their respective
teams try desperately to find a way to get the best out of them visa vie player acquisitions or the reworking of tactics... when things go according to planned the fans usually find a way to accept their unique disposition, whereas when things go awry they become easy targets for fans and pundits alike...
in the case of Ozil and Sundin, their successes on the international stage and / or with their former
teams led many to conclude that if we surrounded such talented individuals with players that have those skills that would most likely bring the best of these players success would surely follow... unfortunately both the Maple Leafs and our club chose to adopt half - measures, as each were being run by corporations
who valued profitability over providing the best possible product on the field... for them, they cared more about shirt sales and season tickets than doing whatever was necessary... this isn't, by any stretch, an attempt to absolve Ozil of any responsibility for his failures on the pitch... there is no doubt oftentimes his efforts were underwhelming, to say the least, but this club has been inept when it comes to providing this prolific passer with the kind of players necessary for him to flourish... with our poor man's version of Benzema up front, the headless chickens
in Walcott, the younger Ox and Welbeck occupying wide positions far too often and the fact that Carzola,
who provided Ozil with great service and more freedom to roam, was never truly replaced, the only real skilled outlet on the pitch was Sanchez... remember to be considered a
world - class set - up man goals need to be scored and for much of his time here he has been surrounded by some incredibly inept finishers...
in the end, I'm not sure how long he will be
in North London, recent sentiments and his present contract situation seem to suggest that he will depart at season's end, but how tragic would it be if once again we didn't put our best foot forward and failed to make those moves that could have brought championship
football back to our once beloved club... so when you think about this uniquely skilled player don't be so quick to shift all the blame on his shoulders because he will not be the first or the last highly skilled player to find disappointment at the Emirates if we don't rid the club of those individuals that are truly to blame for our current woes
love your articles galen this just proves the sheer stupidity and arrogance of our manager what are players like ozil and giroud still doing at arsenal after their first season ozil should probably be sold back to shalke
in a soft league and
who knows he might play his best
football and it might help
in his national
team form cazorla is a good player but not
world class he can not be classified on the same level against players like silva iniesta and the old arsenal fabregas sanchez is also good but he needs to add more to his game for him to be put on the same level with
world beaters like suarez neymar and bale koscienly is also good but he has too many injury troubles coquelin is a class player but he is not
world class he is good technically but not a dominant midfielder like schneiderlin and fernandinho as for cech he is there among the best keepers and he is the only positive
in this arsenal
team.Needs to work on his distribution though the back four is solid but has alot of light weights strong and powerful foward might find it easy
Although it is not an easy transition from youth player to first
team because top level
football is really hard and that is why clubs pay insanely for proven players but
in a
world of out - of - control transfer prices Le Jeff, Joe Willock, Reiss Nelson and other emerging players could form backups / understudy / replacements for our superstars
who will leave at some point.
Until around a decade ago, when David Dein, a legendary fan and visionary successful vice chairman,
who in practice ran the club (not the
team of course) and the club was a proud and classy top

in football.
Hafiz... Name a player
in world football who can «carry a
team like alexis does» and would be content with a back - up role??
And regarding our strikers they r regularly scoring so y do we distrupt the chemistry of the
team n call for wengers head after it does nt click, so we as fans should nt go overboard of managing the manager, let him handle the situation, and if he says theo is a striker let it be that way coz he is the one
who sees the players day
in n day out, and enjoy the best
football game
in the whole
world, when arsenal play it the arsenal way, even barca seems like cambridge united
in front of our beautiful game
I wonder how arsene prepares our
team for them to produce such lacklustre performances. Its very perplexing for us to lose or draw against poor
teams like chelski and looserpool.I was always a wenger out due to I being a frustrated fan. When our players are on the pitch they show no desire and no hunger at all. They produce such mediocre performances
in front of fans whove paid so much to watch these games. It makes you womder why on earth they have such heavy salaries only to put on a flabbougasting show
in front of 55000 fans. Its very ironical that we here on this site shower praise on such performances.players like ozil recieve such unwarranted praise you might think they are from another planet. Then we have an extremely overrated english core of gibbs ox and walcott Sorry to say this but players like draxler and rodrigiez are twice these players. This is food for thought for you
who support the
team blindly due to wengers compulsion that makes you believe that we are playing the
worlds finest brand of
football and have a large array of talent that excused him for not going into the transfer market as at the moment we are currently losing the clubs most coveted round of 16 trophy and putting such dissapointing performances
in the league.
Those
who know much about
football and are true to themselves and to the
world at large would know that watching Giroud on TV is the same as watching an average player. The thing is its not his fault that he's average. That's just how some are. That's just how life is but people refuse to get that fact.
In life
in terms of soccer we have average players and
world class players while some fall between the two. That's just how life is.The earlier people accept it the better.Life is just that way so deal with it.Its agonizing anytime I watch him play and I for one can confidently say that the day he's sold people would not miss him. When he goes to his career would take a downhill that's why I see him as lucky player with Arsenal just given him 1000's tof chances to score on a silver platter. He would look so normal playing
in an average
team to be honest.
If there is anyone at Arsenal
Football Club
who is going to take the bull by the horns, or the Elephant

team, Per Mertesacker.
Bayern deputy chairman Jan - Christian Dreesen commented: «The transfer fee for the current international,

in the
World Team of the Year or FIFA

Although it can not be denied that Blind could get exposed against better
teams with quicker players — for example, Chelsea — there is not a single
footballer in the

Nevertheless, the Fla - Flu derby remains one of the fiercest

But instead, the Royal Dutch
Football Federation (KNVB) appointed another stalwart Guus Hiddink,
who was then replaced by Danny Blind, followed by Advocaat — all
in the space of just over three - and - a-half years as the national
team slumped from one disappointment to another, missing out on qualification for both the 2016n Euros and then 2018
World Cup.

He is still young and more or less not going to have a problem playing every week at his present club, The new owner
who is a Russian with plenty of money to spend on players has no need to sell and will spend the same sort of money we will and at moment the way Ithey are playing and the way we are they would have no trouble turning us over, We need to go back to grass roots which is what the majority want produce local talent and actually give them a chance

The last time the two

What a terrifying vision of the future of
football we've been served up this week.AC Milan, once the pride of a powerful and thriving seria A now reduced to shadow boxing against a really not that great United. All because they deserted their natural (and rather beautiful) defensive style of
football to join the circus, brought
in foreign players (especially brazilians)
who think jogging back to defend is beneath them and generally put two fingers up to Italy's historic
football traditions.Much good as it done them, and what a boring game?I concede that a lot of
football fans nowadays do nt remember anything before the cheque book league but even they must have been struck by the sheer mind numbing pointlessness of it.Even the stewards were asleep by half time.As for the porto match well all that can be said is that they made the gooners look like an half decent well balanced
football team, no mean achievement when you think about it.At least we, ve had the pleasure of listening to all those gooners and Mancs waffling on about how great they are which is always hilarious.Especially the stuff about Rooney, just wait till the
World Cup when some Italian or South American defender takes him under his wing for half an hour and then see how great he is.If he can survive the WC without being sent off it will be a miracle. All the recent hype has done him no favours at all.Not that the
World Cup really inspires these days, its glory days are long over and it's become a competition decided by referees rather than great play.Bear that
in mind if Roons has to take the walk of shame, it's not his fault, someone told him he was a truly great player like Bobby Charlton or George Best. The problem is he looks like he believes them.
Antonio Valencia is the quite familiar name
