Most dogs appear to respond well to
a teaspoon of honey in their food each day, reducing (and in some cases, eliminating) the recurrence of digestive problems including diarrhea, constipation, flatulence and other digestive disorders.
My dogs both eat a small
teaspoon of honey in their food, and it has helped with my smaller dog's digestive issues to an extent.
Start with a small amount, perhaps even
a teaspoon of honey in a cup of herbal tea, and see how you feel.
If your grapefruit is on the tart side, you can whisk in a 1/2 -1
teaspoon of honey in order to sweeten the vinaigrette.
To clarify, when we talk about how much damage sugar does to your body, we're NOT talking about tiny amounts such as having 5 grams of sugar from
a teaspoon of honey in your tea... Small amounts of natural sugar like that are not a problem.

I added
in another little squeeze
of honey, a small pour
of soy sauce, and a 1/2
