One of the easies natural remedies I've found for sore throat: mix 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar with a
couple teaspoons of raw honey (optional) and drink in 8 oz water six or more times a day until symptoms disappear.
-- Mix one
teaspoon of raw honey with one teaspoon of organic ground turmeric and have it every day until the gallstones disappear.
I highly suggest you skip the sugar and add pieces of fresh fruit or
a teaspoon of raw honey instead.
Drink 1 - 2 tablespoons ACV diluted in a glass of still or bubbly water with
a teaspoon of raw honey like this (optional).
I made these energy balls and add just
